Wir legen großen Wert auf Qualität und Frische und beziehen unser Fleisch von ausgewählten Metzgern. Aber auch wenn du gerne exotische Sorten probieren möchtest, bist du bei uns an der richtigen Adresse. Als Standard servieren wir US Beef und Duroc Schwein. Auf Wunsch und nach Verfügbarkeit servieren wir auch Kobe oder Wanyu Rind - etwas ganz besonderes.
